We want our customers to walk away with a perfectly fitted suit.
Our Tailor can adjust leg length, sleeve length, take in or out waistcoats and adjust the trouser waist.
She is very responsive and flexible: we’ve had last minute suit searching and on the day she has adjusted waistcoats and trousers.
She is very honest and helpful to her customers; if she feels the task is too difficult or there are any problems she will always update you and takes pride in her work being exemplary.
She recently adjusted a suit for a disabled gentlemen in a wheelchair, opening the jacket and inserting Velcro to help with his mobility and tailored the suit to him.

The Tailoring Process
Our specialist Tailor has over 30 years experience in the industry and has worked with Collections for many years.
One
Enter our Mansfield store and drop off your items for tailoring. We will consult the tailor on the job in hand and ensure it is achievable. We will ask for payment before the job is under taken.
Two
The Tailor will complete the alterations for you. If you require a specific completion date she will do it for that time schedule, if not depending on the complexity of the job it can be done on the day or a few weeks.
Three
Collect your alterations from us at Collections Mansfield. The Tailor will either come down and show you her work or it will be left with us in the store to give back to the customer.
